Since its establishment in 1960, OKI Crosstech Corporation has built a strong track record in electrical and telecommunications construction projects across Japan. Leveraging our nationwide service network and 24/7 operational capability, we have been creating and supporting mission-critical systems. Utilizing the experience and agility we have cultivated, we continue to provide a wide range of services—from system construction and installation to operation and maintenance—offering optimal solutions and services to support our customers’ business digital transformation (DX) and ESG initiatives, all under the spirit of our “3S” philosophy.

For nearly 70 years, since the dawn of online financial systems in the 1950s, our company has supported Japan’s financial infrastructure. We believe that true value lies not only in system delivery but in continuous operation. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive support system covering maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting after implementation. Our ATM-HA service(*1), which utilizes data collected through networks for predictive maintenance, has been introduced to tens of thousands of ATMs nationwide, contributing to the safe, reliable operation and high availability of our customers’ systems.

In pursuit of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, our GX solutions comprehensively support greenhouse gas reduction by leveraging ICT technologies and our proven construction capabilities. Through initiatives such as power visualization, introduction of renewable energy using solar power, installation and maintenance of EV chargers, and optimization of power consumption via Energy Management Systems (EMS), we realize energy saving, power conservation, and CO₂ reduction. We continuously support net-zero carbon initiatives that utilize energy creation and storage, including operation and maintenance, thereby contributing to the sustainable enhancement of corporate value.

Since entering the medical device repair business in 2009, we have deployed authorized repair bases in all prefectures across Japan, supported by approximately 300 certified medical device repair engineers. We provide a wide range of essential medical DX solutions, including integration of PBXs (*2) and nurse call systems, in-hospital network construction, and security measures. Leveraging our nationwide service network, we offer comprehensive support from construction, maintenance, inspection, and repair of medical DX-related systems such as the “National Medical Information Platform” and electronic medical record systems, to help desk operations. This integrated approach reduces the burden on medical institutions and contributes to the sustainable provision of high-quality medical services.

Going forward, we will continue to focus on expanding our services and developing human resources to meet the growing complexity and diversification of ICT systems and green energy solutions, ensuring we meet the expectations of our customers and partners.
